Entry Level Demolition Crew Member

   Performs all the necessary tasks assigned to them for the day ad under direct supervision of the Crew Leader. No experience necessary, but a basic understanding of construction tools and terminology is expected. This position requires heavy lifting and hauling, running power tools and equipment such as, but not limited to Jackhammers and Power Saws. You will be climbing ladders, removing walls, performing light plumbing and electrical (removing toilets, sinks, tubs, etc), filling and hauling 55-gallon trash receptacles w/ debris, and basically anything required to get the job done. A kene eye to the attention to details is a must. We clean and vacuum our way out of each job site, leaving no debris behind.  You will need to be physically fit to perform duties in a high energy environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance. Most Crew Leaders start out as an Entry Level Crew Member and are promoted within 6-8 months depending on skill -level and abilities. 

Demolition Crew Leader

   Performs all duties of a Crew Member as well as directs other crew members on daily tasks to complete to the scope of work under the daily Work Order provided by management. A higher degree of knowledge to plumbing, electrical, framing, flooring, and other trades of construction are desired within this position. Exceptional Customer Service skills is required as in most cases you will be working directly with the Client during the process. The ability to train and lead others is a must in this position. You will be directly evaluated on performance based on quality and amount of time on each project. Successful candidates have a strong ability of Time Management as well as working efficiently. There a science to every task required in demolition and being proficient in movements combined w/ abilities are the keys to efficiency. Crew Leaders are solely responsible for the job and Wrk Order assigned to them from start - to- finish. You will be creating the customer at their door on the first day, an walking the completed job with Project Managers on the final day. Experienced Administrator (Part-Time)

A/P, A/R, Payroll, Tax prep, Microsoft 365, Quickbooks, Some Accounting Practices desired, but not necessary, taking phone calls, scheduling, basic understanding of construction terminology. Looking for someone that can work under little supervision and proactive in staying ahead of work required. This position is created to be the foundation of the company. You will be doing some basic book keeping of income and expenses as well as creating Work Orders for Crews daily, scheduling bids, jobs, interviews, etc. Ability to do Online-Take offs would be a huge plus, but not necessary. A desire to learn and gain more experience within the industry would be a huge plus. A basic understanding of Social Media and other forms of Advertising will be required. Ability to streamline new ways of doing things are qualities of a successful candidate in this position. Starting out 20-30 hours/week with lots of room for growth.
